Rosie’s Guide To Ireland, Part 6: Food & Drinks! 🇮🇪

Here are some of my favorite food and drinks in Ireland. I wish Hollow & Fentiman’s Ginger Beer was available in the US, it’s so refreshing, especially with the lime added!

Have you tried any of these before? If so, let me know in the comments!

Accessibility/practical information:
💚 Ross Castle Boat Tours @rosscastleboattours - wheelchair lift (water levels permitting), accessible bathroom nearby at Ross Castle, extremely helpful staff! Working to make it even more accessible in the coming years! I can tell they truly care about access for wheelchair users as well as those with neurodiversity!

💚 Guinness Storehouse @homeofguinness - fully accessible!

As a travel enthusiast, wheelchair user, OT student and Pinterest lover, having a beautiful, accessible hotel room is a priority for me when I’m traveling. I’m happy to say that I truly loved my stay at the Oxford Hotel in Bend, OR!

Inclusive design is the best way to make a guest feel welcomed, especially for a wheelchair user like me. It’s the difference between feeling frustrated and relaxed at the end of a long day, and the small details make a big difference.
